A foundational education in best practices for teaching Yin Yoga with a focus on trauma-informed and agency-building methods. Yin Yoga is the practice of gently holding shapes in relative stillness to stimulate the fascial tissues of the body. Physically, this practice can reduce tension and improve tissue functionality. Internally, the contemplative nature of Yin Yoga can strengthen resilience and the mind-body connection. This course is perfect for current Yoga teachers or practitioners looking to deepen their knowledge. Attendees will leave knowing how to teach a safe and nurturing Yin Yoga class.
