Why a private lesson?


Private lessons offer hyper-personalized instruction, privacy, and safe communication. We’ll identify your goals and develop plans to achieve them, but because I attend to your specific needs, we’ll adapt the practice along the way.

I specialize in sports yoga and mobility as well as yoga for pain management and recovery. Great for professional athletes wanting to improve performance, people recovering from injury or living with illness, or anyone with specific questions about their practice.

I can travel to your home or meet in a public setting such as a yoga studio, depending on your needs and our schedules. I provide all props and materials needed for lessons. I am also available virtually!
