Testimonials

"I have been taking yoga with Mary Beth for more than five years. I appreciate how she creates classes that stretch, strengthen and keep my body mobile!! Even in the most challenging shapes or series of movements her cues are easy to follow. She continually encourages us to listen to our own bodies to find the pose in our body. Her suggestions for meditation are thoughtful and I often take them with me off my mat. I feel invigorated, inspired and ready to keep moving after her classes!! "

-SUSAN MORTON, YOGA PRACTITIONER

"You'd be crazy not to take a class with Mary Beth. Her style is invitational, but she also knows how to motivate you and challenge when appropriate. I feel free to try things in her class and I feel SAFE knowing that she's aware of my limitations and can coach accordingly! I always leave class feeling like a total badass. "

-ANNA, YOGA & STRENGTH BASICS PRACTITIONER

"Mary Beth is an amazing yoga teacher! Her energy is so kind and welcoming. Through practicing yoga with her for over five years, I've grown stronger and more connected to my own body and mind. I leave each class with Mary Beth inspired to integrate our yoga practice and teachings into my daily life."

Whether you’re dealing with pain, recovering from injury, managing stress, or just want a supportive space to move and breathe, I meet you where you are.

Absolutely. My classes are designed with accessibility and choice at the core. You don’t need to be flexible or familiar with yoga. We focus on sustainable movement, intentional rest, and building confidence over time—no pressure, no performative shapes.

You can work with me privately one-on-one or in small group classes. Sessions are customized to your goals and schedule. I also teach public classes and workshops at select studios. Head to my Offerings or About Me page for current offerings and to book a private session.
