I’m not flexible / strong / experienced. Can I still take your classes?
Absolutely. My classes are designed with accessibility and choice at the core. You don’t need to be flexible or familiar with yoga. We focus on sustainable movement, intentional rest, and building confidence over time—no pressure, no performative shapes.
How can I take classes with you?
You can work with me privately one-on-one or in small group classes. Sessions are customized to your goals and schedule. I also teach public classes and workshops at select studios. Head to my Offerings or About Me page for current offerings and to book a private session.
Do you offer virtual classes or sessions?
Yes! I offer virtual private sessions for clients who prefer to practice from home or live outside of my local area. These are just as personalized and effective as in-person sessions.
